2. Information stored by the app
Kitchen Timer does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.
The app stores the following information locally on your Android device so its features can work:
- Timer titles, durations, countdown status, and end times.
- Custom and built-in preset preferences, including favorites, hidden presets, colors, icons, order, and recent timers.
- Alarm sound, volume, vibration preference, custom title, last-used duration, and whether the notification prompt has been shown.
This app-created information is not uploaded by us to our own servers. It may be included in Android device backups if backup is enabled in your operating system settings. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app, subject to any device backup retained by Google.
